The gym photos looked better than the actual space. Equipment looked quite old. The pool was not available. It was empty. It seemed smaller than expected based on the pictures.

i found the location convenient, being just across the road from the tin hau station, it really made getting around easy. room service showed great attention to detail, that was quite surprising (in a good way!). the staff was helpful, planning my trip to macau became much easier with their help.
the showerhead was noisy. i found a visible gap between the parts. the showerhead seems quite worn out.

the room was a good size, certainly by local standards. the bed felt very comfortable, quite important after a long day. showers had consistently good water pressure and temperature.

breakfast places are near the hotel. i saw a place near the watsons with different options. it offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner depending on when you want to eat, quite handy.

the front desk was very helpful and efficient, especially emily. charles from concierge welcomed me warmly, i especially appreciated that. frontline staff consistently was so nice , perfect.

the hotel is excellently situated across from the tin hau mtr station, a huge plus. three types of public transport are right outside, so it is easy to see the surroundings. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel.
