i was charmed by the efficient check-in process. the front desk staff were really helpful with directions. i found a starbucks conveniently located on the ground floor. i appreciated the complimentary water refills available .
i noticed the gym equipment is somewhat limited.

the location provided easy access to public transportation. A 7-eleven store was conveniently just around the corner. i also appreciated the A11 bus to the airport being only a short walk away.
the cleanliness needs improvement throughout the room. i noticed some areas were quite dusty. also, there was no bidet in the bathroom. additionally, there were no tissues provided in the room.

The location was wonderfully convenient to sun tak centre. The ferries departing for macau are easily accessible. housekeeping maintained our room in pristine condition daily. Their attention to detail stood out. i found the provision of compact trolleys helpful, easing the movement of luggage to our room. opting for a harbour view room was worth it, the panorama was fine!
the breakfast options felt repetitive, i hoped for more variety each morning.
