I enjoyed the seamless check in and check out processes. The staff members were consistently friendly and polite. My room was very spacious and always spotlessly clean. I found the bed comfortable too perfect.
The hotel's decor felt a little dark for my personal taste.

The hotel's location is amazing with loads of shops nearby. Restaurants are close too. it is super convenient with access to the shopping mall. i really enjoyed my time! the room was spacious and clean. I will come back again.
The breakfast selection was limited. I would have preferred more variety each day.

I had a really good experience. The Continental Club staff was super attentive. Amber, Viann, and Andrea offered excellent, personalized service. They were chatty and helpful!
The entrance for taxi drop-off felt odd. I had to walk a short distance with luggage through the mall. A bell captain helped me with my luggage.
