the room was clean upon my arrival. the bed was very comfortable, so i slept well. breakfast was included and had multiple options, SUCH as scrambled eggs and toast. it was quite delicious.
i noticed a SLIGHTLY worn spot on the carpet, near the entrance.

the location is great (really near the trail). the breakfast at the cafe included a wide choice of food. the staff provided prompt and clear communication, helpful.
the room service was shocking, nothing was cleaned or topped up until my last night. there was mould around the shower. the toilet seat was loose and no one did anything about it.

we stayed in a double or twin room with a private external bathroom. the beds were so comfy. the cafe served a delicious breakfast, which i really enjoyed.
the limited parking was a little inconvenient , but i did manage to get my car in eventually.
