Mixed Feelings
emergency number difficult entry
The lack of on-site staff was noticeable. I had an issue with the digital display and it took 45 minutes to figure out the code to get into the room. This was quite frustrating. I also couldn't find bedding for the sofa bed. There were three of us, but the room wasn't properly set up. I rang the emergency number but didn't get much help.

amazing stay!
clean room comfortable bed multiple options
the room was clean upon my arrival. the bed was very comfortable, so i slept well. breakfast was included and had multiple options, SUCH as scrambled eggs and toast. it was quite delicious.
i noticed a SLIGHTLY worn spot on the carpet, near the entrance.

The room had a cozy ambiance and a good sized TV was provided, it even featured Netflix. The availability of parking was very convenient.

great location breakfast choice clear communication shocking service mould issue loose toilet seat
the location is great (really near the trail). the breakfast at the cafe included a wide choice of food. the staff provided prompt and clear communication, helpful.
the room service was shocking, nothing was cleaned or topped up until my last night. there was mould around the shower. the toilet seat was loose and no one did anything about it.

perfect stay near monsal trail
comfy beds delicious breakfast private bathroom great time
we stayed in a double or twin room with a private external bathroom. the beds were so comfy. the cafe served a delicious breakfast, which i really enjoyed.
the limited parking was a little inconvenient , but i did manage to get my car in eventually.

the staff at the cafe offered excellent service and were helpful. the self-check-in process was efficient. information was provided, via a coded door for both the front entrance and the room, which i found very efficient.
