excellent experience, convenient location
great location helpful staff nice suite
I appreciated the great location. It was quiet yet close to everything. breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful! polite staff. the hotel also had a nice suite.
i noticed spots and dirt on the rug, duvet, and headboard, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

the room offered the perfect size for a couple. the king-size bed met my needs. the ac worked perfectly and operated very quietly.

mixed feelings about this stay
the staff were helpful and polite when i needed assistance.
The bathroom grout was in poor condition and there were no usb sockets available in the room. the wardrobes seemed quite cheap. I thought they were melamine. i found this surprising considering the price.

the breakfast was delicious and filling. I appreciated the convenient location, it was very close to the tube. the housekeeping staff was attentive and efficient.

slow breakfast service constant ventilator noise
The breakfast service was slow. We waited a long time for our food! It seemed the kitchen was overwhelmed. our junior suite in the basement had a constant noise from a ventilator. Light from the street shone directly into the room too.
