bus accessbody odor
the busses and transportation was SO close by.
the PILLOWS reeked of body odor and it was disgusting. there is a SERIOUS lack of hygiene.

the staff were pleasant there was a 24 hour reception
the photos gave a wrong impression about the room i received it was unlike what i expected also dishes were not cleaned daily even though the room was tidied up each day i think cleaning dishes should be part of the service and it's quite annoying when it is not done i had to wash everything myself

surprised by the quality!

i liked the hotel's location near many amenities. next door tesco was a lifesaver! the lively neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants and cuisines to choose from. the nearest tube station, golders green, was a convenient 6-8 minute walk.
The pillows reminded me of bricks, so hard i could barely sleep. the cleanliness wasn't great. I noticed many stains in the bathroom. i saw these stains on the floors, walls, mirror, and in the shower.

the hotel provides daily room service, ensuring that towels are changed daily or as needed. the reception operates 24/7, offering security measures and assistance at any time. staff maintained excellent security protocols.

The location is fantastic with easy access to transportation. the metro station is within walking distance. Smaller bistros are located nearby. a tesco express provides further convenience for quick shopping needs. I loved the nearness to everything.

the room included a full self-contained kitchen with a microwave and induction hob. a fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, washing up liquid, and a sponge were also present. i found a hairdryer, iron, and safe.

i found the place calm and clean. hygiene seemed to be a priority here. the staff was helpful and friendly. many restaurants were within a very short distance.
The window in my room faced a structure very closely, so i couldn't open it fully. It impacted the natural light somewhat.
