charming stay near the sea
friendly staff communal lounges convenient location
I found the staff friendly. the communal lounges included nice extras such as tvs and a pool table. the hotel's location was super convenient. The beach was only a short walk away, as was the town centre. parking was available, a big plus for me.
the room became a bit too warm at night, even with the window open.

i enjoyed the Very clean room upon arrival. The provided tea and coffee facilities were useful. Breakfast included a good english breakfast in a magnificent room next to the garden. ALL staff were really good and there to help in any way.
the garden seemed a little unkempt, and i noticed it lacked some attention. it wasn't a big deal, but some plants looked withered.

friendly staff quiet atmosphere
The staff acted friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere it provided. I had a good rest. The breakfast included several choices, so i felt satisfied.
The parking spaces were limited, made finding a spot difficult at times. I suggest considering alternative transport. More parking is needed.

unsafe tap narrow bed
i experienced a PROBLEM with the hot water TAP in the bathroom. It consistently splashed water, and its EXTREME temperature posed a potential safety HAZARD, particularly for children. I ALSO found the single bed to be excessively narrow. The small size of the bed AND quilt made it challenging to sleep comfortably.

convenient location friendly staff privacy issue thick duvet
the location proved convenient for accessing the bournemouth pavilion. the staff were very friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions. (i especially liked their local tips!)
my room faced a busy road. the absence of net curtains or blinds created a privacy issue, i felt exposed with the curtains open. the duvet was also too thick for the summer season, i found myself getting too hot.
