Adequate stay. Some drawbacks
metro station daily towel change good air conditioning small room outdated bathroom inconvenient toilet
The hotel is directly above a metro station. This made it easy to start each day. The staff kept the room very clean. They changed towels and provided water every day. The air conditioning worked very well.
The room I booked was quite small. It was difficult for three adults to manage with luggage. I ended up paying to upgrade to a larger room. This new room seemed somewhat older. The bathroom felt inconvenient because the toilet was in the same space.

Fantastic Stay Near the Subway
clean room helpful staff convenient location quiet atmosphere
The room was clean upon my arrival. Hotel staff helped me find a different room, as i wasn't satisfied with the first option. The hotel has a very convenient location, since the subway station is right below. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, especially at night, considering how central the hotel is.
The breakfast wasn't that great and the rooms were very small for a couple.

The BLT restaurant is on-site, though you should make a reservation. The onion rings were excellent. Room service is available through the BLT Restaurant or Domino's Pizza. There is a 7-Eleven within a block, offering convenient access to a 7-Bank ATM.

My spacious room included a desk and sofa, unusual for properties here. It featured a Japanese bidet and spray toilet, and a portable humidifier. The window opens slightly at the top, providing some fresh air. Bed was comfortable and the room was really clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, readily assisting with requests and providing information. They helped me to find a different room when I wasn't satisfied with the first one. Their kindness and helpfulness enhanced my visit.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the main area and the subway station. Cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and a convenience store are all downstairs within the hotel and station complex. The area is fairly quiet, especially at night.

The hotel provided amenities such as toothbrushes, extra tea, and coffee. These were freely available in the foyer, really useful. There are also three washing machines guests can use. I did see one ironing board.

excellent location clean hotel unhelpful staff insufficient laundry
The hotel's location was excellent. The subway entrance was only 10 meters from the hotel entrance (so convenient!). The hotel was also very clean and stylish.
The staff was not very helpful or kind. They often delayed answering questions and did not provide great guidance (something I found surprising). There were not enough laundry units available.

Really good location and perfect service
modern hotel subway connection attentive staff laundry access
the hotel is indeed modern and beautiful. its direct connection to roppongi itchome subway station made travel convenient. i appreciated the attentive and polite staff. accessing the washing machine and dryer on lower floors was easy and efficient.
the absence of a lobby bar was a minor inconvenience, i missed having a convenient spot for drinks or snacks after a long day.

nearby, several good restaurants and a convenience store are located in the mall connected to the hotel. a grocery store named my basket is located behind the hotel, and a family mart is across the street.

the location is excellent, directly connected to the subway station. ark hills complex is just steps from the hotel. azabudai hills is less than five minutes away. teamlab borderless and the structure are within walking distance, actually.

poor lighting uncomfortable bed
I was excited about the location, but the room itself was a letdown. The lighting was POOR. the bed was not comfortable. I had trouble sleeping well. I really think the bed needs to be improved . The lack of a comfortable sleeping arrangement really affected my stay.
