i appreciated the soundproofing in the rooms (it really blocked hallway noise). the staff was wonderful, always ready to help. the location allowed easy walks to buckingham palace, piccadilly circus, and various museums. plus, the showers were genuinely the best i have experienced in any hotel.
i think the premises fell slightly short compared to the price expectations.
