the location felt safe. i really appreciated being so close to victoria station (it made getting around simple). our superior double room was super clean and well-decorated. the buttery's breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).

the absence of an elevator posed a small challenge with our heavy luggage. we had to request assistance from the staff. i thought a small elevator would improve the experience.

The room was small, smaller than i anticipated. the single room felt cramped, almost like a repurposed closet. It barely fit the bed. also, the noise was quite noticeable. squeaky floorboards and thin walls made it difficult to ignore the sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. I recommend earplugs or ask for a room away from the stairs

The beds were not soft. I found no top sheet on the bed. Sleeping directly on the fitted sheet beneath the comforter felt unusual. The room felt very small, similar to a large walk-in closet. The location of my room was at the top of the stairs, it was noisy as people moved up and down and with the window open for ventilation.

the location was really good. it was easy to walk to many places, so that was a plus. the shower had good water pressure. i found the toiletries provided to be of high quality, though the containers were small.

My room was quite small. I struggled to move around. the floorboards creaked loudly whenever i walked, it was quite noisy. the staff did not seem very enthusiastic or friendly, this was disappointing.
