blackout curtains excellent breakfast efficient service
The room included blackout curtains, a detail I really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent (especially the waffles!). The service at the front desk was efficient.
The gym equipment showed slight signs of wear.

noisy air conditioning bedside outlet
the location, it did sit there, you know, located.
the air conditioning sounded like a freight train. it cycled on and off all night and i never got used to it. also, i found the lack of bedside power outlets annoying. i had to charge my phone across the room, like some kind of peasant.

underwhelming stay at this location

dated decor small bed
the staff were friendly and helpful I appreciated their service
the room felt quite dated the decor was not what I expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber. there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room a small detail i feel should be standard. the bed size was also disappointing i felt it could have been larger and more comfortable for a relaxing night
