convenient locationlukewarm foodstep-in shower
the location was acceptable and convenient for local transportation.
the food quality was not up to standard, and i often found the hot dishes were barely lukewarm. my request for a room with a walk-in shower was ignored, and i was given a room with a step-in shower instead. the lack of tea and coffee in the room was also an issue. i do feel that this hotel falls short of a true 4-star experience.

The hotel location was great. It was close to the beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The cleaning was really good with cleaners that came every day. They did the beds even if we left the room in the afternoon. Breakfast was gorgeous, with many options.
It was too silent. need music to enjoy their holiday more. I hope this is fixed for my next visit.
