modern designtv partitionspacious suite
the family suite was quite spacious at 50 m². this provided ample space for our group. the room had a modern design with a functional tv partition. it cleverly separated the bed from the sofa bed.
The room felt a bit dark. I had to request more lamps.

Really good Stay Near Glacier Lagoon!

I found the hotel design excellent! It felt very elegant. The location is perfect for visiting Jökulsárlón for boat tours and exploring Diamond Beach! The food served was also great. I enjoyed every meal.
I noticed the room felt too dark, and I requested extra lamps to brighten it. I wish they improved the light settings. This would make the room more comfortable during the evenings.

The hotel location is ideal for visits to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. The access is very easy. Diamond Beach is also nearby, a short drive offering amazing photo opportunities. This made exploring the area convenient.

Our family suite was quite spacious at 50 m². The suite included a well-designed bathroom, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. A refrigerator was available in the room, quite useful.

The hotel offers two hot tubs and a sauna! These overlook the mountains, providing great relaxation spots. The lobby on the second floor has a great room where you can watch the sunrise.

Breakfast was really good! It offered so much choice. There were lots of options available, it made for a great start to the day. I especially enjoyed the homemade butter and various Skyr options.

Really good Stay Near Glacier Lagoon

The hotel provided automatic night lights under the bed and in the bathroom. This was a thoughtful touch. High-end furniture gave the rooms a classy feel. The staff helped with suggestions for nearby activities (and bookings).
There was no refrigerator in the room. I had to store food elsewhere.

The staff was attentive and courteous. They called to inform me about the Northern Lights. The staff seemed genuinely excited to share this experience.

The breakfast was awesome. the staff was very helpful. They were great when we had an incident after checking out. the room services were excellent.
The hotel rooms have fabric on the walls. This retains smell. because of this, i experienced a very strong smell of body odor when i walked in.
