spotlessly cleandifficult systemunbearable heat
the room looked nice and super tidy.
i had some problem with the online check in system, it was difficult to understand. the heat in the room was unbearable, and i could not figure out how to adjust it. i had to leave the windows open the entire time to get any relief.

The location offered easy access from the motorway. It was SO convenient! The room was super clean. I noticed meticulous attention to detail. I also appreciated the varied breakfast choices with table service. The grounds are gorgeous. I enjoyed walking through them.
The walls are VERY thin. I heard neighbors.

The hotel provides ample parking spaces. The grounds are secure. The premises have a dog run. I noticed several guests used it. The hotel also features meeting rooms with modern AV equipment.

the location proved convenient for visiting nearby attractions. i was pleased to find ample parking available upon arrival. my room featured excellent decor with high-quality fittings (i liked the full english breakfast!).
i found the lack of a fridge a bit inconvenient. ordering room service was difficult as no menu was initially available in the room. the initial reservation caused confusion, with an extra charge appearing unexpectedly.

superb detailfantastic roomeasy satnav
The Pelham hosted my daughter's birthday party. The Events Team managed all requirements very well and gave extra rooms because of the weekend storm. Drinks and canapés took place inside. It hosted around 60 people. Their attention to detail was superb. Table set up and floor plans were excellent for planning the event. The hotel rooms were fantastic too. It is a lovely, tucked-away hotel, and easy to find via satnav.
The minibar was empty.

Decent Hotel, but with Issues

The breakfast was acceptable and provided a decent start to the day.
I found a few issues. The room was quite warm and the controls did not function properly. The internal phone was not working either. I had to use my mobile to contact reception.
