The room was massive! The bathroom was also of a considerable size. Everything felt clean. I also appreciated the quiet location.
We paid extra for breakfast. I only received one sausage. I also received one rasher of bacon. This seemed like a penalty for my allergies.

i enjoyed a wonderful christmas stay. the festive decorations created an excellent first impression. the super clean room and friendly, efficient staff created a warm atmosphere. the wide selection and high quality of the breakfast was another highlight. i felt cared for.

The room felt quite luxurious and comfortable . I found the breakfast to be superb with various options. The evening meal was also lovely with well-prepared dishes. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Mixed Experience due to Service Issues
inefficient staffdirty glasses
I found the service to be quite disappointing. We waited a long time for our first drinks. The coffee order was wrong and took ages to correct. The person making it even went home. Dirty glasses remained on the table throughout our meal. Every drink order required constant chasing. Staff seemed pleasant but lacked efficiency and attentiveness. I found these problems frustrating and disruptive to the overall experience.

the room was lovely.
i was annoyed about breakfast , it was chaotic and very slow. the wait time for a simple coffee was ridiculous. staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized , the whole experience was frustrating.
