really good stay with a few minor hiccups

i stayed for five nights and found the resort excellent overall. the resort boasts complimentary activities, very well organized. i particularly enjoyed that the hotel works to reduce plastic use and maintains the beach. the breakfast buffet at aqua restaurant was amazing with a wide variety of options.
The room was good, but the wooden window cover in my room failed to open. I couldn't enjoy the bathtub window view. i mentioned this issue daily to the front desk for four days, and it was finally removed on the fifth day.

The breakfast team were attentive and helpful. I also appreciated the quick and knowledgeable assistance from the medical team when i needed them. the spa staff members were well trained and highly professional.

The room provided ample space for luggage, large shower with both rainfall and wand heads. A walk-through closet effectively separated the bathroom from the sleeping area. the suite was spacious and designed well.

The location suited me as i prefer peace and quiet over the hustle of patong beach. The views were amazing. there are many nearby restaurants and massage shops.
