the breakfast buffet offered many options, this included both thai and western dishes. the hotel provided internal taxis that transported guests to rooms or restaurants. it was very organised.

i found the air conditioning in the villa was not powerful enough.

I enjoyed the convenient logistics to reach the island from the airport. The prices for services like massages seemed fair. I explored the nearby village and appreciated the local culture. The gym has adequate equipment, and the kids zone is great for families.

The hotel speedboat has limited trips daily. This caused some waiting time at baggage claim. This should be improved for better service. Perhaps, it will.

the staff were very friendly, which met my expectations.

I was really annoyed by the inconvenient layout of the hotel. Getting around took forever. moving from my room to the restaurant required waiting for a truck, then a golf cart. the restaurant service was bad as well. I waited an hour for my food, and then it got rained on. nobody offered to replace it or move us inside.

lovely viewfriendly staff

The view from my room was lovely. the restaurants and breakfast onsite were great, and room service was also good and quick. getting around the resort was a bit quirky. At first i didn't understand how to get to my room, but staff were very friendly and helpful.

the ac in my room didn't seem to work well.
