The sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear street noise. (It was a bit distracting at times!)

the room, wasn't great. it was a standard double room sofa bed, but the sofa bed wasn't comfortable. i found a old chocolate wrapper under the bed. plus, the duvet provided barely covered me, resulting in a chilly night.

The breakfast featured constant table clearing. And food replenishment which I considered important. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was fairly central! Though the parking was expensive. The team provided friendly service at breakfast and check in, even when many people arrived at the same time.

The TV remote control WASN'T working, the batteries were dead.
