the standard double room hot was clean the bed was large and comfy it had plenty of plug sockets at each side i liked that the room included an iron and ironing board. the staff at the front desk were cute at check-in and check-out the lady there was very pleasant. breakfast had a good selection it was nice. staff were friendly towards me and my family

the warm water in the morning would turn cold quite quickly. the internet speed was slow. i found the pillows were hard i did not like them much

The location is convenient. It is right next to the underground station. This made getting around so easy. I found a tesco express just around the corner, very helpful for quick needs. Breakfast offered a simple, adequate selection to start the day.

The staff offered a warm welcome. Rancey at the desk was particularly friendly! The room had a powerful, hot shower. This was very important to me. Parking was available when I arrived around 2:30 PM, convenient.

I noticed the lack of an on-site restaurant. Only pizzas are available 24 hours.
