I found the hotel is close to the metro. Many shops and cafes are nearby. A very convenient electronic guide included information about the room. I also appreciated the free milk bottles available at the bar.
I had to arrive a day later. I wanted to stay an extra day. Upon arriving late in the evening, I was informed that the reservation was supposedly canceled. The room was also constantly cold. The ventilation did not help at all and kept turning off.

The housekeeping service was not good. I was told to throw towels on the floor for replacements. They re-hung the same damp towels. I stayed a full week and requested new linens. Staff left a single sheet for me to change the bed myself. The staff argued about it, only providing fresh towels on my second to last night.

the location was convenient with the underground station just a short walk away. a small complete kitchen was available. i found the room decor stylish with big windows.
i found that housekeeping did not replace towels when i left them on the floor. linen was not changed . staff argued when i requested fresh towels.

Anthony greeted me upon arrival. I appreciated his friendly welcome. The breakfast menu offered many appealing choices. Everything I tried tasted delicious. The location provided easy access to the underground. This made getting around very convenient.
The hairdryer power was weak. I recommend bringing your own.
