difficult check-inrude staff
the check-in process was surprisingly difficult. i felt questioned about why my partner arrived before me, even though the reservation clearly stated two guests and was fully paid for. it was an uncomfortable start to the stay, made worse by the staff's attitude. i expected a smoother experience at a place like this, not a grilling at the front desk,

The location is excellent near Tower Hill tube station. It is also just a short walk to the Tower of London.
The check-in staff was not cute. They seemed annoyed when I arrived a few minutes before the official check-in time. Their inflexibility and poor attitude made a bad first impression. It was very disappointing.

lovely stay

tasteful decorationseparate bedroomchecking sequence
the location is great near the tower. the concierge desk was helpful. the rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious with balconies. i found it nice having a lounge kitchen and separate bedroom.
the checking in sequence felt too much. they questioned why the second guest checked in earlier though the reservations was for 2 people. names were already provided and it was already paid in advance.

The apartment on the 8th floor gave me a sensational view of the thames! it was so cool. the rooms felt modern and super quiet. I didn't hear other guests or street noise. the apartment felt super clean. i will come back again!
