fantastic stay in the heart of it all
helpful staffspacious suitecigarette smell
the location was very nice. i found the staff to be helpful . we had a beautiful one-bedroom suite and it was spacious. the suite included a lovely terrace (i spent a lot of time there).
i noticed the apartment had a slight smell of cigarettes. the smell was most noticeable in the bathroom (it was still usable, though). i recommend the hotel addresses this issue.

i found the apartment spacious with a separate commode room from the bathroom. the bedroom included a lovely bathroom! the staff assisted me with my luggage upon seeing me leave. they were friendly and helpful.
the stairs were a bit much, though i got my steps in! the lack of a lift made it slightly challenging with luggage.

The hotel is very close to regent street and oxford street. The convenient central location allowed easy access to various parts of the city. i also found many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The convenience was a real plus.

the staff offered great communication throughout my stay! they also readily accommodated my need to leave luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore without any encumbrances. i really appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist.
