good size room size comfortable room comfort welcome phone call small bed broken elevator uncomfortable bed
the room was a good size. it was also comfortable. i received a welcome call to check everything was ok (a nice touch!).
the bed was very small. i booked a king room, but the bed reminded me of a double. this did not make for the most comfortable sleep. the elevator was out of order.

hard working bottled water
the front desk worked hard, and that impressed me most. they helped with luggage, room keys, directions, and printing. bottled water, tea, and coffee were available all day!!!
the hotel elevator remained out of service during my entire stay.

the location is very good with plenty of shops nearby. the hotel is spotlessly clean and staff is efficient. fresh bottled water was left in the fridge daily. a lovely outside terrace is available with plenty of chairs.

the staff was very helpful. the room was spacious with tasteful decorations, a kettle, coffee and tea included. the shower was big, and everything felt so clean.
i did not like that the lift was not working. getting my bags upstairs wasn't pleasant after a long day of walking.
