the room was a good size. it was also comfortable. i received a welcome call to check everything was ok (a nice touch!).
the bed was very small. i booked a king room, but the bed was like a double. this did not make for the most comfortable sleep.

the front desk worked hard, and that impressed me most. they helped with luggage, room keys, directions, and printing. bottled water, tea, and coffee were available all day!!!

the location is very good with plenty of shops nearby. the hotel is spotlessly clean and staff is efficient. fresh bottled water was left in the fridge daily. a lovely outside terrace is available with plenty of chairs.

the staff was very helpful. the room was spacious with tasteful decorations, a kettle, coffee and tea included. the shower was big, and everything felt so clean.
getting my bags upstairs wasn't pleasant after a long day of walking.
