the staff were amazing and helpful.
my room suffered from a serious lack of soundproofing. inconsiderate guests stomped around well after midnight. i banged on the ceiling, they banged back, and continued to be loud and i heard the person in the room beside me with their phone notifications vibrating constantly. it was a shame, as the hotel itself is nice.

This place got very clean rooms. Daily the staff provides bottled water. The breakfast is wonderful with variety. Location is really convenient with nearby shops.
The room i stayed have a small size. It makes movement a little hard. I would book a bigger room next time to have extra space.

The team is helpful and very attentive. They gave useful tips as this was a first visit. Anna, Antonio, Danilo, and Vitor were always ready to assist. Staff secured bags before check-in. It made the arrival simple.
