helpful staff cheerful staff good restaurant range
this hotel is wonderful. the staff are always so helpful and cheerful. the concierge staff arranged trips for us. there is a good range of restaurants and food choices not only in the hotel but close by. the rooms were cleaned daily and fresh water was placed in them..
i found the sun beds heavily soiled. they should be removed. the bathrooms were disgusting and messy due to the amount of people using them. they seemed too small..

i enjoyed the walking path located in front. the spa offered treatments i liked. the restaurant service was excellent.

private beach clean sand beautiful view water activity
The private beach access was a delight. It offered clean sands. The sea views from the room were indeed beautiful, especially during the late afternoons. I found the available water activities to be fun. The option of lamb chops at the buffet surprised me positively.
I noticed the rooms looked a little dated. This was mainly visible in the worn parquet.

spacious room magnificent view hardworking team
My room was spacious and quiet. I had a magnificent view. Housekeeping did a superb job!!! The breakfast team worked hard. I especially appreciated Vica, Livbic, and John. The food was AMAZING!!!
The outdoor details could use some attention, like more flowers.

the hotel faces the water directly. the staff ensured cleanliness. i found the breakfast satisfactory. jasmina helped with this. igor assisted with tech issues in the room.

good breakfast nice view uncomfortable pillows poor insulation
i enjoyed the breakfast. the selection of food, drinks and coffees was very good. our waiter was fantastic and i looked forward to the meal every day. i also loved the view from our bedroom.
the pillows were not the most comfortable and a little too big. the sound insulation was also not ideal. i heard LOUD noises from the corridor.
