the shower was quite spacious. I appreciated the excellent desk with a desk light. the room was quiet and dark. I found the beds good and comfortable.

decent stay with some issues

the food was lovely, i think. beds were very comfortable, that's what i noticed. staff were also very nice, always available. i think i really liked that.
check-in took a long time for me, that was annoying. i had to resubmit everything at the desk, it did not go smooth. i had to ask for wifi instructions and gym access, nobody told me. the restaurant was almost empty, that was not cute.

The hotel is very close to aston university. It was a three minute walk. my room was comfortable. i found the staff to be friendly . it was a 29 minute walk to the shopping center from the hotel.
the fridge in my room made loud noises periodically. this noise from the heating system continued even after i switched it off. it prevented me from sleeping well all night.

the gym operates 24/7 offering convenience for all schedules. the hotel features a spacious light foyer. the breakfast has good selection and the staff there are helpful.
