Returning was lovely. room 50 had great space and proved quiet. the bathroom and shower met expectations. Sometimes hot water took a while, but eventually it arrived.

the bed was uncomfortable. i felt the springs. the room looked tired with marks on the walls and water damage. the breakfast quality was poor and some items were lukewarm.

The breakfast had great variety and quality. The staff were kind. I appreciated the view over the river from my room. The location allowed convenient access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The parking situation was slightly limited, with a small number of spaces available at the hotel.

The hotel staff handled requests efficiently. A staff member promptly addressed an issue with the shower. I was impressed. All members of staff were friendly and helpful (a real credit to the hotel!).
