I found the staff helpful and courteous . The breakfast buffet offered a large variety of options, including fresh juices (a healthy start to the day!). The hotel also provided convenient luggage storage before check-in, which allowed me to explore the city without any hassle.
The blanket did not seem clean.

The location provided convenient access to transport links. I found the train station to be less than 10 minutes away on foot. The breakfast offered many choices and was fresh and satisfying..
I found the decor to be dated. Some wear and tear was visible in the room and corridors. The air conditioning was not very effective.

The location worked well for my needs. I could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. The room was clean. Breakfast offered a complete assortment.
The air conditioning did not work. I was offered a fan after I asked about the temperature in the room. I think the hotel should have told me about the problem when I checked in. The staff at checkout did not ask how my stay was.
