The location is superb, I walked to the nearby mall. i appreciated the store on the ground floor. It was really convenient. the staff was generally polite and helpful with directions, I thought.

the hotel is walking distance to the ayala center. beds and pillows were very comfortable. i found a 7/11 store right beside the hotel entrance. there was also a bakery nearby, quite convenient.
The elevator took a long time. Sometimes it would even turn off after i scanned my card.

The hotel chain was recommended to me, and I booked a stay quickly online. The room included all the necessary details for a modern traveler. The toilet and shower area were clean and had sufficient space. Checking in was fast after making my reservation online, and the price seemed fair.

This hotel has a good location NEAR a LARGE mall. staff were helpful when i asked for directions. the room provided a basic level of comfort. It had air conditioning that worked effectively.
the electrical sockets didn't function properly near the bed so charging was inconvenient. the tv remote needed a firm press to operate. i found the elevator took A long time to arrive.

I found a couple of things less than stellar . the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. It seemed like i was paying extra for a slightly less humid sauna. also, the phone near the elevator seemed purely decorative since no one ever answered it when i tried to call.

I found the check-in and check-out process to be quick. Free parking was a definite plus. The room was mostly very comfy and tidy. I appreciated the convenient access to a 24-hour convenience store right next door.
The hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room. I had to go out for cold drinks each time.
