The staff was very great, especially during breakfast. The head cook made special dishes for my son. I found the location to be great. Parking was convenient with a reasonable fee.

The front door key was difficult to use, and it took some effort to get it to work. This was a minor inconvenience .

The room was very clean, everything was in its place, and the beds were comfortable. I found huge, fluffy pillows offered good support. There was only one small flight of stairs to reach our rooms.

The furniture seemed dated. my room felt small and the shower room too was also tiny. i noticed i was asked if i left anything on my plate during breakfast. The same item disappeared the following morning.

the staff was friendly , and the breakfast was filling.

i was disappointed that the hotel moved my car without informing me , parking was definitely not as advertised. also , the room was located at the top of several flights of stairs despite me indicating i had mobility issues , which was not communicated until arrival was great.
