Fantastic Stay in Trastevere!

I found the staff helpful. They arranged transport and provided useful recommendations. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was really good (I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries!). The hotel location is great for exploring, being close enough to the main sites and offering a quieter atmosphere.
The air conditioning seemed to leave our clothes a bit moist in the room. It wasn't a major issue, but I hope they consider upgrading their systems.

i found the team very helpful. they arranged our transport. the room was lovely and spacious, very much an oasis. breakfast was amazing and the service provided was really good, i must say.
the hotel's air conditioning left the room feeling moist. we noticed a lot of gnats flying around in the room which was a bit bothersome. the showers were not the cleanest i have seen, though adequate.

i found the staff very helpful providing great restaurant recommendations. the hotel has a quiet location but it is a short walk to the centre. the outside area was beautiful and tranquil. i would definitely stay here again.
i ordered a room with a patio but did not receive one. there was no hot water in the room so i ordered coffee and was charged 10 euro. the coffee was also cold. i think they should have apologized.

the noise from the street was awful. i could clearly hear traffic all night. i complained to the front desk, but they didnt have any solutions. this. i found this unacceptable for the price i paid.
