convenient location with friendly staff

clean roomscentral locationpoor air conditioning
The rooms were clean and spacious. I especially liked the great shower. the hotel's location is central, close to main attractions, it made exploring very convenient. marco at the front desk provided excellent service, and i really appreciated his help with directions. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh choices.
The air conditioning did not work well. The room became very warm and stuffy! there was insufficient storage space in the bedroom, specifically, there was a lack of hooks for coats.
Dining
9/10
Breakfast had a wide variety. Fresh coffee was prepared to order. the breakfast includes fruit, yoghurt, bread, cereal, and cakes. I found the options very appealing. the bar offers a selection of drinks. Gin and tonic was particularly refreshing.
Rooms
8/10
The room was well-cleaned. Fresh towels and bedding were provided daily. it included a huge rainfall shower and a large, comfortable bed. the room was well equipped with basic tea and coffee facilities, including nescafe sachets.
Service
10/10

The location was well-situated near bus routes, bars and restaurants.
The room was disappointing. The air conditioning barely cooled the room (and dripped near the entrance). Walls were shabby and in need of fresh paint.

great experience

great locationextra pillowshelpful staffaccordion wall
the location is great for seeing sights. many sites are walkable from the hotel. there is a cash and carry shop right next door. the beds are comfortable and the hotel provided extra pillows. our room was clean and worked great for our family. access to everything we wanted to do was easy. the team was friendly and very helpful. i will recommend the hotel. the staff was very professional. they were very helpful with our needs. we stayed in the hotel apartments in the adjacent building. an extra crib was added per our request.
the room needed a bathroom separation wall replaced. the temporary fix was an accordion type wall. it worked, but it was always in the way. it didn't make it as private as we desired.
Location
9/10
the hotel is tucked away on a side street. it is not busy outside. the hotel is in a great location. i found most sites are walkable.
Dining

adequate stay with some issues

separate buildingpoor soundproofing
The room i was assigned required a walk to a separate building. This was inconvenient. additionally, the soundproofing was poor. i heard neighboring guests use the shower and toilet. the bedding quality did not meet expectations for a hotel with this rating.
