I was happy! The staff stored our luggage before check in. The room had beauty. I am coming back! I loved the cleanliness and comfort in the room. The staff gave help. The location has perfection and parking.

The sink didn't drain easily, but it was quick fix.

I got a big balcony with a table plus chairs. The shower had a spacious design. The windows faced the courtyard. I heard no noise coming from the busy street.

The room wasn't great. the shower had very little water pressure, just a trickle really. I couldn't get a decent rinse! also, breakfast was pretty basic, with not much variety. twice i had to ask for a toaster because it was missing, twice.

the location was great near the train station and it made it easy to get around i found the staff very helpful and always smiling they provided extra amenities upon request which was a nice touch i enjoyed the cleanliness of the prestige twin room and the comfortable bedding.

i noticed the water pressure in the shower was quite low making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower i hope they can improve this .

the hotel provides underground parking for 20€ a night and this feature is very beneficial with cars it offers a secure and convenient option. i also noticed they provide extra hair dryers .

my prestige twin room was recently renovated it had plenty of light and a good view the room was spacious and the bathroom was huge all very clean and well maintained for my stay.
