perfect location great location helpful staff friendly staff clean room neat room rude manager bad manager reservation problem aggressive tone bad tone
the hotel boasts a perfect location near the underground station. it is only three stops to the city center (so convenient!). the staff are really helpful. the room was very clean, neat and well-decorated.
the manager acted really rude . he wouldn't let me speak. the tone he used was aggressive the entire time.
