The staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast was extensive and catered to many different tastes. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation.
The single bed was narrow. I was like I could roll off. Sound insulation was poor, and I could hear hallway noise clearly. Curtains did not block out much light, which impacted sleep quality.

i found the location very convenient with easy access to public transport. several grocery stores were nearby making it easy to grab essentials. the room's silent air conditioning was a blessing especially during the hotter days and nights.
i found that the single bed was quite narrow. i often worried about rolling off while asleep which did affect my rest a little.

The hotel was conveniently located near public transport. This made it easy to get around the city.
It was much more basic for a four-star hotel. There was no kettle or coffee. I also missed having tea sachets available.
