The location has great access to both a tram and the U4 metro line (both stop downtown and in Schonbrunn). I found grocery shops conveniently nearby. The hotel room size was just right.
The pillows were very soft and could use more filling or just additional pillows (though it wasn't a major issue).

The reception staff were very helpful . They provided clear instructions for entering after my late arrival. The check-in was smooth. Complimentary coffee was a welcome touch.
The street noise was a problem. I could hear both traffic and neighbors. The walls seemed to lack insulation.
