many choices breakfast variety hotel location perfect location clean room unpleasant smell entrance smell too many steps stair access uncomfortable pillows soft pillows
the breakfast had many choices i really enjoyed it the hotel location was great i could walk to many places it took just a few minutes to reach the u-bahn theresienwiese i found the room clean and bright too
the entrance had an unpleasant smell i noticed it immediately there were too many steps i found it difficult with luggage the pillows were uncomfortable they felt too big

quiet location large room fourth floor terrace
the hotel has a good location near st paul's church. it is a short walk from the main station. the room was large. there was a terrace on the fourth floor to enjoy coffee.
there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facility in the room. the pillows were very used and flat. i had to fold mine to get some support. it still wasn't firm enough though

train station friendly staff cute staff close restaurant cold room dated furniture unhealthy choice
the hotel is close to the train station. you can find restaurants close to the hotel. the staff was friendly and cute at all times.
The room i stayed in was quite cold. the furniture looks a little dated. the breakfast wasnt great. The choices was mainly unhealthy.

The pillows were really flat. it seemed like there was no air con, and it was very hot in august. one day i didn't get any housekeeping. The bins were full.

good choices friendly staff subway station bad cleaning unfriendly receptionist no cleaning
The breakfast offered good choices. i saw cheeses, yogurts, and eggs. the staff i met were very friendly. the subway station was close. It had two lines!
the cleaning in the bathroom was not good! there was paper in the trash. the receptionist was not friendly at my arrival. there was no cleaning, apart from changing the bath mat, bad.
