cute staff professional staff missing response website issue
The staff was cute and professional. They really looked after me. the food and cocktails tasted so good. the sea view from the pool area was fine and so romantic.
i tried to contact them about an item i left in my room, but i never received a response. the email listed on their website bounced back. it was frustrating that a hotel of this level could not provide the ability to be contacted. i do not recommend it

solid stay near the beach
breakfast buffet pool staff convenient location
the breakfast buffet at chambo was a standout with a diverse selection. the staff by the pool was attentive, immediately assisting with towels and drink orders. i liked the convenient location, close to the beach. i also found the concierge service helpful.
the music at night was pretty loud. it was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. sleeping was difficult until they lowered the volume. it could definitely be a problem for those sensitive to sound.

there are multiple pools available, each with its own atmosphere! one pool features a lively dj, while another provides a quieter, more relaxed environment. the hotel has a spa and fitness center. there are three on-site restaurants with varied menus.

my room included a minibar stocked with beverages. i had a spacious bathroom with luxury toiletries! the room had a small balcony, yet there was enough space to comfortably sit and enjoy the fresh air. the bed was large.

ineffective air conditioning overcrowded breakfast
The air conditioning in my room was NOT effective enough. I had my own thermometer and could not get the room below 22 degrees. The control dial suggested I could lower it to 18 degrees, but that was a LIE. The breakfast service was overcrowded. There was NOT enough staff available.

Wonderful Amenities, Some Overlooked Areas
The fitness center has modern equipment. I especially loved the spa services after long days. The concierge arranged transportation and gave useful recommendations. The combination of service, comfort. The service was excellent. I would return.
I was disappointed with aspects of the pool setup. Canned water cost nine euros. The servers gathered behind the bed, joked, and spoke loudly. Assistance was slow. I would expect a different approach for that amount of money.

The fitness center includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Spa services include massages. The main pool area features multiple loungers and a shaded section. It's lovely. There is an additional smaller pool for families with children.

awesome views excellent service blackout curtain morning music
Our room with a balcony offered awesome views. The concierge designed a great experience across the best spots on the island. The service is excellent. I received a call after checking in to check if I liked the room. The cleanliness and service from housekeeping were amazing!!!
The music was heard from my room morning and evening. It stops at midnight. The sunlight enters the room. There is no option of a blackout curtain. I believe they can improve their cappuccinos and flat whites. the hotel staff are all friendly and professional.
