wonderful stay near arc de triomphe
friendly staff towel warming easy access
I found the staff very friendly and informative. They suggested a wonderful dinner spot. the room featured towel warming facilities along with cozy robes and slippers. the location provided easy access. It was near the arc de triomphe.
the spa felt smaller than i expected from the photos, and street noise was noticeable due to poor room isolation.

Lovely Stay Near the Arc!
convenient location late-night snacks safe storage helpful staff
I loved the location! It was super close to a metro station, so getting around was easy. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby for late-night snacks. Staff received my packages and stored them safely before my arrival, that was very helpful.
The bathroom door did not close completely. I think that's the only thing I could name!

The location is amazing! The hotel is in a smaller inner street so it's very quiet at night. It is close to the Arc de Triomphe, and several subway lines.

poor ventilation working air conditioning
The hotel was clean , so that was alright.
The rooms lacked windows , and the air conditioning barely worked. It became very stuffy at night , especially making sleep difficult. I expected better ventilation for the price.

small room constant noise
My stay began decently enough, but some things quickly soured. i was initially pleased, but the room size really became an issue. the "superior double room" i booked barely allowed space to move. also the promised soundproofing seemed nonexistent. Street noise was constant, disrupting sleep despite my exhaustion from travel. it felt more like i was in a budget hostel than a place charging those prices.
