I loved the friendly staff. They were helpful and warm (i really needed that!). the location was super convenient for getting around, especially with the train station so close. breakfast offered a nice selection, and everything felt fresh, a good start to my days.

I appreciated the staff's dedication. A staff member readily helped me store my luggage before check-in, a great convenience. The breakfast offered a good variety of pastries and fresh fruit. I enjoyed the care taken in maintaining clean public spaces.
This was sometimes problematic when carrying heavy luggage. The wait times could be frustrating during peak hours.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the main train station. it made arriving and departing very simple. the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions and local information. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to start the day. I especially liked the fresh bread. the baroque salon with board games provided a unique and relaxing space.
the vintage decor, while charming, seemed a little worn in some areas though it did not affect the stay.
