the staff were indeed friendly and helped to print my train tickets. the location was good, as it was within walking distance to most attractions.
the hotel lacked plugs near the bed in the room. i found dust on the coffee machine and there was no kettle in the room.

The staff helped retrieve a friend's phone. That met expectations.
I found that the air conditioner did not work well. Only one night out of four was cold. the room felt stuffy, and it was like there was a lack of oxygen in the middle of the night. This disturbed my sleep and caused me to wake up.

the room was spacious and very clean. i found a coffee machine with pods and a complimentary water bottle, which i appreciated. the breakfast had many choices, it was amazing!!! it was a good start to each day.
I noticed the air conditioner did not work well one night. the air in the room felt stuffy, it made it hard to sleep. It was like there was not enough oxygen.

the hotel is situated near the city center, it allows for easy access to many attractions. i could walk or use the trolleybus and bus that stops right in front of the hotel. the surrounding area was quiet despite being close to the city.
