Excellent Hotel Experience
pleasant team birthday dessert hotel cleanliness toilet area
Breakfast service was well organized. Yuka led a very pleasant staff team. Concierge Fuko helped with taxis, restaurant reservations, and even a birthday dessert. I found the hotel super clean. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilet area was particularly excellent to me.
Access by taxi proved a bit challenging.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
great location responsive housekeeping
The location is superb. It allows easy access to key shopping areas and the metro. My room included great blackout blinds with needed rest. The housekeeping service was also very responsive and friendly. I liked the speedy delivery of extra water when requested.
Access via taxi proved somewhat challenging. The taxi drivers seemed to have some confusion finding the correct entrance. This minor inconvenience is worth noting for future visitors using taxi services.

central location thematic design staff uniforms
i loved the location! it was super central. the thematic design caught my eye, especially the staff uniforms. i also thought my room was well appointed and the shibuya crossing theme was so unique.

small room high cost
the location was definitely convenient.
the room i booked was smaller than i anticipated. this made it difficult to manage luggage. the overall cost felt high, considering the room size and some service issues.
