The staff were helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary beverages and snacks that were available. The location was very convenient, close to the station, shops, and restaurants.
The lobby area felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage storage.

The connecting rooms were spacious enough for a family. We found pyjama sets provided in each room. This reduced our laundry load during the trip.

There were many nearby eateries to choose from. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel. It seemed quite busy each morning.

handy locationmoldy smelllaundry facilities
the hotel's location near the main train station proved convenient. a 7/11 right around the corner was also handy.
i found out the laundry facilities were down for maintenance only at check-in. they also never bothered to mention breakfast availability. plus, i practically had to beg for water bottles, and there was this lingering moldy smell in the hallways. lovely.
