the heritage tower provided extreme comfort. our corner room included views of the city. the room was relaxing after a day of touring. amenities provided were top tier.
there was a short queue for taxis at peak hours. a separate line for hotel guests would improve the process, avoiding delays. this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow an otherwise great stay, though.

the staff ensured all requests were accommodated smoothly. concierge services were helpful with local recommendations. every interaction was professional, addressing needs efficiently and courteously throughout my visit.

The rooms offered very nice views. We could see the city sparkle each night. the hotel staff was kind. They took care of every detail. breakfast was a delight, with both japanese and continental choices. the location allowed for easy exploration.
the taxi queue could be long during peak hours.
