romantic escape in shibuya
great location direct connection easy travel
The location was amazing, directly connected to shibuya station. getting around was easy with many train lines available. I could reach main sights without changing trains. i even took a day trip to kamakura easily. I would return.
The hotel staff seemed to strictly follow protocol. They politely mentioned they don't provide concierge services, though the room was great.

The hotel offered direct access to shibuya station. It made traveling around the area convenient. the yamanote line was just a minute's walk from the hotel, located inside the same building.

charmed by excellent location and room comfort
modern room great location
i found the room very modern and a good size. it easily accommodated our two large suitcases. the location could not have been better. it is in the heart of the area and directly connected to the station. (i did enjoy being so close to everything!).
the wifi was not reliable. it often did not work. also, the tv seemed a bit small and outdated since it lacked streaming apps.

the hotel includes washing machines and dryers, a great convenience for longer stays. i noticed a small robot that roams the halls, delivering towels and amenities. there's also a gym on-site, though i did not use it.

the hotel is strategically located above the yamanote line and near the ginza metro. this provides easy access to key areas. being directly connected to the station is a significant advantage. the area around the hotel has many restaurants.

The location connects directly to the train station. The hotel is very close to the Scramble crossing. The room was spacious and well maintained. The super nice team and friendly.
The hotel staff seemed inflexible and followed the rules strictly. Concierge services were limited. It lacked the expected Japanese hospitality. This was noticeable .

The hotel's location near the subway was certainly convenient.
My room was noisy. Street sounds were noticeable even on the 13th floor. The bedding felt cheap, and the mattress was too soft for my liking. The reception was unhelpful when I asked for restaurant recommendations.

I appreciated the proximity to the railway station. The location allowed easy access to other parts of the area. Rooms included spacious layouts and great views. The staff assisted with any needs I had .
