the location was perfect! it was right in the heart of everything. the room was sound proof from outside too!

The location proved very convenient. I found it easy to reach the city center. The parking support was helpful, and i got clear directions to nearby options for my car. My standard room was large enough, which i really appreciated. The spa became a favorite spot. I enjoyed it after long days of sightseeing.
The check-in process felt quite slow. It was more complex than i expected.

The staff assisted with parking instructions (always a plus). Breakfast service included orders for eggs and coffee. The reception staff were consistently polite and friendly. I found them helpful.

I appreciated the super clean condition of my Small Double Room. The breakfast buffet offered great variety. The hotel provided complimentary transportation passes (including buses and trams) for the duration of my two-night stay, WHAT a BONUS. AMAZING!
The basement toilets had dim lighting, it caused a slight stumble on the stairs.

the front desk staff provided very clear parking instructions. they assisted with our luggage and were very efficient. the room, a double room mansarde altstadt, was clean, which i appreciated. the hotel's central location made it easy to access many nearby restaurants.
The basement toilets were dimly lit. I nearly fell on the stairs.
