the location inside the medieval walls was great. it made exploring very easy. the hotel had a system for luggage delivery since cars are restricted, it was efficient. the staff were friendly on arrival.
my shower ceiling had mold and the room was not clean as i expected. it was also quite noisy .

the hotel's location was really good it sits right inside the medieval walls offering convenient access to sightseeing and nearby restaurants the buffet breakfast was a highlight with a diverse range of food choices i also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff the reception team was particularly excellent. the room provided a lovely view of the garden it made the stay more fun
the check-in process was not seamless upon arrival i faced a slight delay before the room was actually ready although this was a minor inconvenience it did affect the initial impression

i found the location to be superb for exploring the medieval city. the staff was helpful and pleasant. i appreciated the quiet guest areas with large armchairs and subdued lighting, perfect for relaxation.
The room decor seemed somewhat dated. It could benefit from a refresh, though it was still adequate.

the room had fresh towels daily and the white linen felt luxurious. a nice touch included still and fizzy water replenished daily in the room fridge. the presence of a small terrace provided a pleasant space to relax in the evening.

the location is inside the citadel walls, very close to everything. the hotel car service transported luggage from a pickup point outside the walls through tiny streets. the fun ride was an experience in itself, and i appreciated the convenience.
