Mediocre stay marred by SERIOUS issues
good locationtemperature fluctuationdisruptive noise
the location is fairly good.
my EXPERIENCE was disappointing. i Found multiple hairs IN the bathroom upon arrival , SO hygiene IS a concern. the Shower temperature fluctuated wildly . furthermore , the noise from the nearby road WAS disruptive AT night.

The breakfast was alright. Nothing special, but acceptable.
The service did not meet expectations. Staff didn't respond to emails about our problems. i ordered champagne at the bar, but i wasn't given a choice and received the most expensive option automatically. our room showed signs of refurbishment, though that didn't compensate for the poor service.
