friendly staff convenient location clean room inconvenient elevator broken air conditioning noisy street
The staff were very friendly! They were helpful with directions. The location was close to the train station. This made travel easy. I appreciated the clean rooms.
The elevator only stops on intermediate floors. I had to carry my luggage up a few stairs. The air conditioning did not work. I had to open the windows at night.

broken air conditioning noisy street
The location was great. It was close to the train station.
The air conditioning did not work, SO annoying. I had to open the windows at night. Rue de Lyon is a VERY noisy street. There was traffic and people shouting all night. I did not get much sleep.

dirty grouting broken air conditioning
the staff was friendly and helpful the room was quiet and comfortable.
the air conditioning did not work properly on one of the hottest days the curtains had been left open all day it added to the temperature the shower grouting was dirty i found that the room was not a good experience.
