The location was great. It was close to the train station.
The air conditioning did not work, SO annoying. I had to open the windows at night. Rue de Lyon is a VERY noisy street. There was traffic and people shouting all night. I did not get much sleep.

I found the staff quite helpful. There was always fresh coffee available. they had homemade cakes. The breakfast selection was ample. I liked that the location was good for Gare de Lyon.
The air conditioning did not seem to work properly. The shower grouting seemed a bit unclean. I wish the air conditioning worked better. The shower should have been cleaner.

the staff was friendly and helpful the room was quiet and comfortable.
the air conditioning did not work properly on one of the hottest days the curtains had been left open all day it added to the temperature the shower grouting was dirty i found that the room was not a good experience.
