I really appreciated the responsive and friendly staff . they were always ready to help with a smile. i was especially touched by their thoughtful gesture on my birthday. They surprised me with a handwritten note and a box of pastries. this attention to detail enhanced my experience. It.
the room facilities were fairly spartan, and there was no drinking water available. the room lacked some coziness i usually expect from a hotel. it did not have carpeting and slippers were not offered, so walking around was a struggle.

the staff was cute. i appreciated the free access to water and hot drinks (it. my room's decor was wonderful, and the reception and dining area had a great vibe.

The room i got was oddly placed. it was like it was built within an outdoor space, this impacted the insulation. the toilet flush was also very weak and didn't work well, and a wall light flickered. for the price, it wasn't a great experience. The room didn't offer good value.

the location is fantastic! it's fully renovated. the service was really high standard! iris from the reception. the hotel is a gem.
the room was not in a typical indoor hotel area! it looked to be built within an outdoor space which affected comfort! the toilet flushing system was very weak and did not function properly. one of the wall lights was faulty and kept flickering throughout the stay.
